A lot of Corporate Training only provides support to you inside of office hours (typically 9am-6pm) and sometimes a little earlier or later; most won't answer after 8-9pm at the latest and frequently never at the weekends. Never buy study programmes that only provide support to students with an out-sourced call-centre message system after office-staff have gone home. Trainers will give you every excuse in the book why you don't need this. The simple fact of the matter is - support is needed when it's needed - not at times when they find it cheaper to provide it.
Next, determine exactly where Corporate Training is needed. It is foolish to implement a companywide training effort without concentrating resources where they are needed most. An internal audit will help point out areas that may benefit from training. Also, a skills inventory can help determine the skills possessed by the employees in general. This inventory will help the organization determine what skills are available now and what skills are needed for future development.
You must know how to manage change. Implementing Change becomes tricky when dealing with the employees, and officials. When handled properly, Change is bound to benefit each and every Corporate Training individual associated with the company.

Corporate Training must be a stable, continuous part of your company strategy and growth plans. It must be a key factor in the development and retention of employees. And remember, while there may be costs associated with training, it is less than the cost you will incur when you will need to replace an employee who became disgruntled with your lack of support to his or her career development.
A Corporate Training program is an ideal starting point to take action to increase turnover, improve employee performance and initiate loyalty. It is also a strong foundation for developing effective communication within the company or organization.
If you look properly, you'll find professional training packages which provide their students direct-access support around the clock - including evenings, nights and weekends. Never compromise with the quality of your support. Most students that can't get going properly would have had a different Corporate Training experience if they'd got the right support package in the first place.
